We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time.

2. Service Agreement & Scheduling

• Customers must provide accurate property details to ensure efficient service.
• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will notify you in case of delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If a customer needs to reschedule or cancel a service, they must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth service, customers agree to:
✔ Provide access to the service area (gates unlocked, no obstructions, etc.)
✔ Keep pets secured during the scheduled cleanup
✔ Notify us of any hazardous conditions on the property
✔ Maintain timely payment for services

If access to the property is blocked (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets), our team may not be able to complete the service, and the customer will still be responsible for the full payment.

4. Payment & Billing

• Payment Methods: We accept [credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, etc.].
• Billing Cycle: Payment is due at the time of service or based on the agreed billing schedule.

• Damages caused by undisclosed hazards (e.g., unstable surfaces, dangerous animals, toxic substances)
• Injuries caused by pet waste exposure before or after our visit
• Acts of nature (storms, heavy rain, etc.) that impact service schedules

If you are ever unsatisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right!

7. Safety & Weather Conditions

• We work in most weather conditions but may pause or reschedule services in extreme weather (heavy rain, storms, excessive heat).
• We will notify customers of any delays and reschedule at the earliest convenience.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and store customer information only for service-related purposes.
• We do not share, sell, or distribute personal information.

9. Termination of Service

Poop Pickup Pros reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to:
✔ Non-payment or repeated late payments
✔ Customer misconduct, threats, or unsafe conditions

If service is terminated, the customer will be billed for any outstanding balances.
